This is where I always bring my Ford Edge. I’ve always been pleased with the service and it’s super convenient. Under the paragraph, could you say a little bit more???? This actually falls in that category. I do not know who the Service person who actually did the work on my car. This is why I marked everything as average. One thing, however, is I had a driver bring me home which I live less than 5 miles from the dealership and thank goodness I did because it took way longer than two hours. I know it was closer ...

Great customer service! Scheduled my oil change online and they would’ve had me out in no time if weren’t for my check engine light. Erick took care of contacting warranty company and had part ordered and delivered by the following day. Provided complimentary shuttle to work and washed my vehicle free of charge.

Ser ice was excellent. I had an appointment and upon arrival someone from setbice department came out and took charge immediately upon confirming my name. Everything was seemless. I came to the dealership to see some vehicles. I met this vibrant young sales rep Josh Ajayi. He's so respectful and articulate and knows the nitty-gritty of customer service. I was given an ambassadorial treatment. Even if you don't want to buy a car, he knows how to talk you into buying one.
The surface department at strictly with call FORD did a wonderful job of doing a 20,000 p.m. service. I was happy to know that for the service I could apply my rewards and I had an amount that was generous enough to cover the price so I left out of there without having to pay anything just about my own credit card.
Only problem I have with Sterling McCall is my messages are gone. Miles and gas information changed to something I don’t know how to get it back. Service advisor Andrew Britton was on the ball and kept me informed. My wait time was only about a hour which is very good.
