I wasn’t satisfied with my service done by I wouldn’t recommend them ! Started off being a 2-3 week job ! They finished in 5days hmmmmm an my car isn’t driving like it was before I brought it in ! I don’t know wat they did I don’t trust the process!

Service was nice ! He tried to make sure I was satisfied but I’m not ! Because my car is not right still I’m not happy with the mechanic part of this visit ! But has really disappointed me a would recommend any one to buy a ford !

Received an email invite from this Ford dealership, Sterling McCall offering a complimentary 5000 mile check up. First let me say that my allocated service advisor, Angela Taylor was friendly and precise. But here are the issues:
- the invite did not appear in Angela’s system, though to be fair she did honor it when I produced the email.

Dont do reviews, but since you insist. Car services are a true rip off. Taxes life no other. Read invoice before agreeing to payments. I was told $187/200 for tune up, that turned into $318 for parts and labor. $100+ tax. It's an older model, sure. But a Ford is still a Ford. Communication goes a longer, respectfully. They couldn't fix spark 1, couldn't replace coils 3 & 4. To prevent more damage, understood. But I'm charged as though you did. And not even told. My problem - ground fault was not corrected. I dropped vehicle before 8 AM and was released 2:30 PM and Angela Taylor was the check in technician. The shop tech worked on problem for 4+ hours. Bill was $451 and I did have one other item done which was about $210. In fairness I came in on a Saturday and maybe the most experienced techs were not there. I have to take it back and I will ask MS Taylor to make sure the best computer technician is assigned to the problem. Robert Brink

Service department was terrible , no communication or urgency to get my vehicle back to me. My truck was getting worked on for over 20 days, just to receive it and still hear an issue.

My salesman Brian was amazing. He helped me out a lot and was very welcoming. However the man with the financing department was horrible. He was rude and made the whole buying of the car very uncomfortable.

The service rep David, did a through review of my car and checked Ann of the recalls and found a few problems and additional recalls. The work was completed quickly and correctly.

David N has always been my service rep and has taken care of all my car issues. He has great communication with letting me know what needs to be serviced and has exceptional customer service. This is why I always take my car to be service by them.

David my service rep is always so helpful and I trust him to take of all my car issues.

Of all the Ford dealerships this one is my preference. They don't force unnecessary repairs, simply give you the cost of what is needed. Fair pricing. Knowledgeable technicians.

Had a seamless experience purchasing a truck. Luis was every helpful and amazing to work with.

The service agent that helped us was very rude and tried to lecture us on when we can bring the car. I told her I got a text that there was an open recall and that’s why we scheduled and brought the car. to this she was very condescending. It almost looked like she did to want to be there at work and did not want to take our car in. We are considering switching dealerships.

Bought a used 2024 Expedition and had to immediately take it to my local dealer due to brake light,turn signal and parking light not working. Local dealer denied warranty on fuse replacement claiming vehicle had been wrecked, which was not disclosed by selling dealer who refused to take the vehicle back in exchange for another vehicle without reducing the trade in value on the vehicle I bought 3 days after I bought it and had my warranty denied.

Overall service was rather quick and this is the first time I've sent my vehicle in for repairs where I didn't come back with any other kind of issues it didn't have to begin with. I am happy with the results so far

For an oil and filter change and there wasn’t any confusion about the vehicle she knew exactly what year and model as if my name popped up on the computer and it showed her I had been there before. Great VIP experience! I was well treated with no hassle. Manager, sales and financial were all great to work with.
