The other available engine type is a 2.7L V6 that creates 325hp, and the standard 3.3L V6 290 horsepower engine rounds out the rest of the engine types buyers could select.
The Ford F-150 has a 4,021-5,038lb curb weight. The wide range of curb weights for the Ford F-150 trims is based on the engine size, bed size, and body type. Each model has different box styles and your choice of 2WD or 4WD drive type. The 4-door, 4WD, 8′ box models will be the heavier trims available.
The F-150 has 8.2-9.7 inches of ground clearance. Similar to the different curb weights for every trim level, each model has an extensive range of different clearances also. The Tremor is the lone trim with a ground clearance of 9.7 inches, and many of the other available models measure 9.4 inches.

I had little 'points' accumulated and was told by the dealership I purchased my f150 that I would have a free oil change. However 'truth will set you free'... I explained to Irvin Gonzalez and he helped me with an email coupon discount he volunteered I paid a small percentage of what I should have because of a competitor dealership dishonesty. I wasn’t satisfied with my service done by I wouldn’t recommend them ! Started off being a 2-3 week job ! They finished in 5days hmmmmm an my car isn’t driving like it was before I brought it in ! I don’t know wat they did I don’t trust the process!
Service was nice ! He tried to make sure I was satisfied but I’m not ! Because my car is not right still I’m not happy with the mechanic part of this visit ! But has really disappointed me a would recommend any one to buy a ford !

Received an email invite from this Ford dealership, Sterling McCall offering a complimentary 5000 mile check up. First let me say that my allocated service advisor, Angela Taylor was friendly and precise. But here are the issues:
- the invite did not appear in Angela’s system, though to be fair she did honor it when I produced the email.
- I had a wing mirror issue and asked that the service personnel take a look. Angela agreed and I left the car with them.
- I received a text two hours later that the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, Angela was on her well-deserved lunch break. Her colleague (don’t know his name) handed me keys and paper work. It was clear that the wing mirror issue had not been attended to. I went back inside and explained that I had an agreement with Angela to check it out. His reponse was, “I don’t know anything about that.”
Told him that never the less it was an agreement I had with Ford Service. He repeated his infuriating, “I don’t know anything about that..” and suggested that I wait for Angela’s return or come back tomorrow. I asked him to call Angela to establish her intentions. He told me he would never disturb his colleague at lunch and offered no solutions besides just waiting an indeterminate amount of time. I was about to be late for a school pick-up.
- I asked for a someone in authority but just then Angela returned. When asked about the wing mirror she immediately admitted she forgot and apologized. I remarked that her colleague was rude and unhelpful, at which point a third colleague piped in that I was the rude one.
My issue is not that Angela forgot. That happens. My issue is her colleague’s arrogant, indifferent and entirely unhelpful approach to a very minor issue.
- Angela went to check if the mechanics had a moment, because I suspected it was a very quick fix. They did not and Angela asked me to return the next day.
- When I got home, I found a YouTube video on the issue and fixed it myself in less than two minutes.
- I have a receipt that says “top up all fluids”, three days later my car ran out of windshield washer fluid.

My problem - ground fault was not corrected. I dropped vehicle before 8 AM and was released 2:30 PM and Angela Taylor was the check in technician. The shop tech worked on problem for 4+ hours. Bill was $451 and I did have one other item done which was about $210. In fairness I came in on a Saturday and maybe the most experienced techs were not there. I have to take it back and I will ask MS Taylor to make sure the best computer technician is assigned to the problem. Robert Brink

Service department was terrible , no communication or urgency to get my vehicle back to me. My truck was getting worked on for over 20 days, just to receive it and still hear an issue.

My salesman Brian was amazing. He helped me out a lot and was very welcoming. However the man with the financing department was horrible. He was rude and made the whole buying of the car very uncomfortable.
The service rep David, did a through review of my car and checked Ann of the recalls and found a few problems and additional recalls. The work was completed quickly and correctly.
David N has always been my service rep and has taken care of all my car issues. He has great communication with letting me know what needs to be serviced and has exceptional customer service. This is why I always take my car to be service by them.
David my service rep is always so helpful and I trust him to take of all my car issues.
Of all the Ford dealerships this one is my preference. They don't force unnecessary repairs, simply give you the cost of what is needed. Fair pricing. Knowledgeable technicians.

The service agent that helped us was very rude and tried to lecture us on when we can bring the car. I told her I got a text that there was an open recall and that’s why we scheduled and brought the car. to this she was very condescending. It almost looked like she did to want to be there at work and did not want to take our car in. We are considering switching dealerships.

Bought a used 2024 Expedition and had to immediately take it to my local dealer due to brake light,turn signal and parking light not working. Local dealer denied warranty on fuse replacement claiming vehicle had been wrecked, which was not disclosed by selling dealer who refused to take the vehicle back in exchange for another vehicle without reducing the trade in value on the vehicle I bought 3 days after I bought it and had my warranty denied.
Overall service was rather quick and this is the first time I've sent my vehicle in for repairs where I didn't come back with any other kind of issues it didn't have to begin with. I am happy with the results so far

One thing, however, is I had a driver bring me home which I live less than 5 miles from the dealership and thank goodness I did because it took way longer than two hours. I know it was closer to four. And then I had to wait for someone to come pick me up to get my car after their child got out of school so I wasn’t there until. After 3:30. I know I was home by four.

Terrible from the word go. I called the service receptionist quoted one price. So the $40 turned into 147 when the guy was literally checking me in, he wanted me to just Sign the paper Agreeing to the $147 oil and filter change. I told him that I was quoted 40 on the phone and he showed me he could do it or something around $50. I finally got out there of course after Tax titled Lumber and anything else they wanted to tack on $70. It took two hours and 15 minutes when I was quoted an hour and a half.
so all in all, I guess that it’s part for the course for this particular location as I’ve been there before, And have gone through other nightmares
but I think this is going to be the last time I visit this location .I finally just I gotta just give it up-I’ve heard it said,..You just can’t polish a turd!
